Your purchase of The Blackbaud Training Pass for The Raiser’s Edge is subject to the following:
Terms and Conditions
Payment – You are purchasing a one-year subscription. Your payment is non-refundable and the benefits of the Training Pass are non-transferable.
Schedules – Course schedules are available at www.blackbaud.co.uk Course schedules are subject to change without notice in any location, so check schedules frequently. Blackbaud reserves the right to cancel scheduled courses up to ten (10) days prior to the scheduled start of the course if certain attendance minimums are not met. In most instances, Blackbaud requires a minimum of three (3) delegates per course.
Course Requests - Courses may be requested in writing for specific dates in locations where Blackbaud already schedules classroom training. Blackbaud does not guarantee courses will be held, as minimum attendance must be met. Blackbaud does not provide training in the use of third party software including Microsoft Office and web-browsing components.
Participants - Educational Services are provided to the full-time staff only. Any staff applying for a course must be a registered contact with Blackbaud. For any staff that is not registered as a current contact, You must provide a signed copy of Blackbaud’s employment verification form, which is available upon request. Any organisation affiliated with your organisation must purchase a separate Training Pass.
Registrations - All requests for course registrations must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the course. Course registrations will be limited to a maximum of two (2) participants per organisation per class without the prior consent of Blackbaud. All available seats are distributed on a first come first serve basis. Seats are limited to confirmed registrations only. Blackbaud does not guarantee availability of seats.
Reschedules - Any confirmed registrant may reschedule up to ten (10) business days prior to the first day of the course. Any reschedule nine (9) or less business days prior to the first day of the course will be subject to a £75 administration fee. Failure to appear for a confirmed registration will result in a £100 administration fee.
Courseware - Courseware is provided for training. Courseware is only available to course participants and is not sold or distributed outside of training sessions.
