Begin with instructor-led classes to perfect your software skills and supplement your learning with the eLearning Library, our online collection of self-paced lessons that guide you through concepts and tasks in The Raiser’s Edge.
- Virtual Classroom
Delivered via the Internet, our instructor-led online training is like being in a virtual classroom. It features live interaction between you, other students in your organisation, and a trained Blackbaud instructor. After logging into the training, you will see a list of participants and a class agenda. The instructor will lead you through a series of instructional slides.
- Live Application Sharing
Online training also features live application sharing. This means instructors can launch a program such as The Raiser's Edge on their computer while you view the program at your location. The instructor can also turn control of the application over to class participants. This allows you to use a program in the training even if it is not installed on yoru computer!
- eLearning Library
The eLearning Library is a (self-paced) collection of online software lessons that take you step-by-step through key concepts and tasks in The Raiser’s Edge. Take lessons whenever you need them, at your own pace! Since they are online, lessons are always available.
With the eLearning Library, everyone at your organisation can browse to the specific lessons needed; get new users and volunteers up-to speed on basic tasks; keep trained users current on software updates and new skills; reinforce concepts learned in classroom training; and learn about features and modules not covered in training.
We offer custom online training on most topics, including Events, Membership, Volunteer, Search, Overview of The Raiser's Edge 7.8, Query, Reports, Import, and Export.
Class pricing is based on the length of the class. Prices are per hour and are subject to change. For specific class details and prices, contact your Account Manager.
