Training We encourage all software users to participate in training so you can make the most of the software. Our curriculum and instructors are second-to-none when it comes to Blackbaud product knowledge and nonprofit expertise.
Subscriptions Automatically be notified of important product and Support information by subscribing to Knowledgebase alerts, blogs, and release announcements. Subscriptions are sent to the email address in your Blackbaud.co.uk profile, so please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

BlackbaudKnowHow.com Blogs: Our support blogs include the latest software information, tips for using your software effectively, and announcements about upcoming events. To keep up with new content, subscribe by email or to the RSS feeds for the blogs that pertain to your software.
Release Announcements: To be notified when we release updates or patches, subscribe to your products' release announcements. You can also download the latest version by selecting Downloads from the Support menu. Note: If we host your software, we'll notify you before installing updates on our server--you don't need to subscribe to the release announcement.
Twitter and Facebook We encourage you to follow us on Twitter at @bbsupport. We use Twitter to promote blog posts, share news, and keep you informed about support resources. If you ask us a product question on Twitter, we may not be able to answer it in 140 characters or less, but we'll direct you to helpful resources or let you know if it's better to create a case online.
