Customised Training

Our dedicated Arts and Cultural team will work with you to design a package that is right for your organisation. Training is delivered at your organisation or in our dedicated training rooms in either London or Glasgow.


Successful on-site training is dependent on you providing certain pre-requisites. These are:

1.     Training to take place in a training room and not in the normal office environment. This ensures fewer interruptions.

2.     For PE training - A PC for each person to be trained (For PEO specific training – Delegate PC’s are not required).

3.     A networked PC for the trainer, with access to PE and the Internet.

4.     Each PC should conform to the current hardware specifications as listed by product in Blackbaud's System Requirements.

5.     Where possible the PCs should have USB sockets to load the software or files should if required.

6.     For Patron Edge Online the PCs should have access to an internet connection running Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and be able to access your Patron Edge Online public site and admin site.

7.     The Patron Edge should already be loaded on each PC and be able to link to a training database before the day of the training (this is usually a mirror copy of your live database). If the software is not installed, then extra time will have to be booked to allow a Technical Consultant to set up the machines in advance.

8.     A whiteboard or flipchart would be useful.

9.     A data Overhead Projector and a screen in the room on which the trainer can clearly project images from his PC.
