Training - The Patron Edge and The Patron Edge Online Blackbaud Europe’s Arts & Cultural Solutions put you in control of your training and consulting needs by offering standard training packages or by designing a bespoke session that is for your organisation specifically.
We offer a suite of standard training days on The Patron Edge & The Patron Edge Online that range from system administration, marketing data reporting to general ticket selling.
- Customised Training
Our dedicated Arts and Cultural team will work with you to design a package that is right for your organisation. Training is delivered at your organisation or in our dedicated training rooms in either London or Glasgow.
- Classroom Training
We run classroom training courses which give you the chance to learn about the system with your peers and give you a chance to network, discuss industry process and procedures and to share hints and tips on how to better manage your system.
