Blackbaud Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy
Except for the cancellation policy described below, all payments and fees are non-refundable.  It is expected that students will assess the appropriateness of a course by reviewing the course descriptions and schedules in advance of purchase or registration.  If you have any concerns or feedback regarding your course, please indicate it on your evaluation form or contact training@blackbaud.co.uk

Cancellation Policy
Classroom Training: Cancellations or postponements of a class registration may be made with no penalty up to thirty (30) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training class.  Cancellations or postponements of a class registration made within twenty nine (29) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training class will be assessed 50% of the fee for the class per attendee.  Attendees who do not show up for a confirmed class will be assessed 100% of the fee for the class per attendee.

On Site Training
Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled on-site training visit may be made with no penalty up to thirty (30) business days prior to the start of the scheduled training.  Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled on-site training visit made twenty nine (29) or less business days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 50% of the total cost of the scheduled training.  Cancellations or postponements of a scheduled training made within five (5) days prior to the first day of the training will be assessed 100% of the total cost of the scheduled training.

Blackbaud Learn
Any confirmed registrant of a classroom or online training class may reschedule up to thirty (30) business days prior to the first day of class. Any reschedule of a classroom or online training class twenty nine (29) or less business days prior to the first day of class will be subject to a £75 administration fee for each confirmed registrant. Failure to appear for a confirmed classroom or online training registration will result in a £100 administration fee for each confirmed registrant.
