What is the Referral Reward Programme?
The Referral Reward Programme rewards our clients for recommending our software to organisations that haven't previously expressed interest. Many of you do this every day, so we want to show our appreciation.
If the organisation you refer becomes a Blackbaud client, you receive a Referral Reward Certificate to apply toward purchasing Blackbaud software and services.
Who can participate?
Current Blackbaud clients participating in our Software Maintenance Programme are eligible for the Referral Reward Programme.
How do I earn the reward?
If you know of a not-for-profit organisation that would benefit from Blackbaud software or services, please share the information with us by downloading this PDF form and faxing it to +44 (0)141 575 0999 ATTN Referral Rewards.
If we are not already working with the organisation as a prospective customer, a representative follows up with them to determine whether our software or services fit their needs. If the organisation you refer is not already working with us and they purchase Blackbaud software within 12 months of the date you submit the referral form, your organisation receives £500 in a Referral Reward Certificate.
Redeem the certificate for any of the following:
- New products
- Additional modules
- Training
- Additional user licenses
- Consulting packages
- Custom programming
- Custom report writing
- Software Maintenance Program renewal
How do I learn the outcome of my referral?
We communicate with you at every step. When we receive your referral form, we email acknowledgement. If the organisation purchases our products or services, we notify you once we have payment in full. At this point, your organisation receives the Referral Reward Certificate!
