Blackbaud's Enhanced Data Cleansing bundle provides you with all of the data quality services you need to ensure that the contact information in your Raiser's Edge database is as accurate and up to date as possible. It includes the following enhancement services:
National Change of Address (NCOA) - With more than 7 million Britons moving each year, maintaining an accurate and up to date mailing list is becoming increasingly difficult. Inaccurate contact information can cost your organisation considerably through wasted postage, returned mail and re-mailings, and valuable staff time through manual updates to your database. Blackbaud's NCOA service will help you keep up with these changes by providing the most current address information on your donors and prospects. You will see immediate results with timely direct mail delivery and less returned mail.
Postal Address File (PAF) - The Postcode Address File is a complete database of every address in the UK to which mail is delivered, together with its appropriate postcode. By verifying your address file against the PAF database you can ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your mailshots and constituent communications.
De-Duplication - Blackbaud will use phonetic matching to ensure there are no duplicates within your database. This allows for any data input or spelling errors to be picked up, as well as identical matches.
MPS Screening - Blackbaud will ensure you are mailing within best practice by flagging any records who are registered with the mailing preference service.
Goneaways and Deceased- Any organisation that engages in telemarketing or who relies on the telephone to engage with its constituents must have accurate and up to date telephone data. The database utilised by Blackbaud is the same database used by companies offering a 118 Directory Enquiry service and represents the most accurate and cost effective source for the appending of telephone numbers against names and addresses. Updated daily it also includes cable and mobile telephone numbers where these are provided by operators.
