How to ensure the deliverability of your Blackbaud newsletters
If you are subscribed and stop receiving your newsletter, ensure your organisation's Internet Service Provider (ISP) isn't blocking it. As ISPs and corporations attempt to block unsolicited commercial email (spam), they can also mistakenly block legitimate email. Our newsletters include "@subscriptions.blackbaud.com" in the from address. If you use a SPAM filter, please add this to your whitelist, or allowed email list, to ensure you receive our newsletters.
Our deliverability policies
When we email our newsletters, we monitor all unsuccessful attempts, or bounces. Permanent failures, such as those caused by non-existent email accounts or domains, result in hard bounces. Other failures, such as those caused by a down email server or a full mailbox, result in soft bounces.
We automatically mark an email address invalid and remove it from our mailing list when we receive a hard bounce or six consecutive weeks of soft bounces. If you stop receiving a newsletter, please contact us at subscriptions@blackbaud.com so we can revalidate your email address.
