Web Seminars Now you can attend our events without even leaving your office! Our web seminars are a great way to learn how Blackbaud solutions can help you with your Customer Relationship Management and fundraising needs. Our web seminars are attended by both clients who want to keep up-to-date with our latest features and releases and non-clients who wants an overview of how our solutions can help them to achieve their mission. All web seminars are free and last approximately one hour.

This presentation will introduce you to The Raiser’s Edge Grow, which is the Contact Management Relationship database designed specifically for the need of small not-for-profit organisations. The demonstration will last an hour and will cover the following:
• Fundraising: Historical track of all incoming gifts, legacies, gifts in kind, direct debits and Grants

• Managing all funds, campaigns and appeals
• Managing your events from invitation to thank you letters right though to reporting
• Historical view of all communications
• Sending Thank you letters, renewal notices and newsletters straight from The Raiser’s Edge Grow.
• Gift Aid – manage, track and run your R68 straight from The Raiser’s Edge Grow
