Christopher Wynn, Director of Development at the Edinburgh International Festival, talks about the successes and challenges of transferring three disparate databases into Raisers Edge, the simplification and streamlining of an ageing membership programme including the implementation of Net-communities to increase revenue. And how the International Festival found great success ( and record income) by diversifying its funding to include increased International Partners support and the deployment of a major gifts program into the funding mix.
