Registration List Deadline
To be included in the list of registered attendees, we must receive your registration by midnight 30th September.

What's included with your registration 
  • Full registration includes all sessions, materials and meals as well as the Monday evening reception.
  • Additional delegates must be booked at the same time as the first delegate in order to receive the additional delegate price.
  • All registration fees are exclusive of VAT.
  • Following registration your company will be invoiced the full amount due.

Conference Location All cancellations must be submitted to bbeconference@blackbaud.com.

Registrations booked at the early bird price of £300 are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred. For all other registrations the following applies:

Cancellations received on or before 12th August 2010 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between 13th August and 9th September 2011 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received from 10th September 2010 will not be eligible for a full refund. No exceptions to this policy can be made nor will we reallocate fees to other Blackbaud products, services or events due to the direct expenses incurred based upon your registration. We will not issue refunds for no-shows after the Conference. Any eligible refunds will be processed 6-8 weeks after the Conference
