Relationship Management Conference - reach new heights

To register for the 2009 Conference please complete the online registration form. If you are registering multiple attendees please complete a separate registration for each attendee.


	Thank you for your interest in the Relationship Management Conference, please click on the button below to book your place.


	Full registration includes all sessions, materials and meals (breakfast and lunch), as well invitations to the evening networking event. (The following information is not relevant to the Arts Conference.)
	Early Registration (Phase 1) - 1st May to 31st July 2009
	Delegate	£329 per delegate
	Early Registration (Phase 2) - 1st August to 25th September 2009
	First attendee Each additional attendee	£359 £339
	Regular Registration - 26th September to 9th October 2009
	First attendee Each additional attendee	£490 £470

Payment Details
The full amount will be invoiced upon receipt of your Conference registration

Registration List Deadline
To be included in the list of registered attendees, we must receive your registration by midnight 30th September.

What's included with your registration
- Full registration includes all sessions, materials and meals as well as the Monday evening reception.
- Additional attendees will receive the additional attendee rate for the date their registration is received, regardless of the date the first attendee registered.
- All registration fees are exclusive of VAT.
- Following registration your company will be invoiced the full amount due.

All cancellations must be submitted to conference@blackbaud.co.uk. Cancellations received on or before 14th August 2009 will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations received between 15th August and 12th September 2009 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received from 13th September 2009 will not be eligible for a full refund. No exceptions to this policy can be made nor will we reallocate fees to other Blackbaud products, services or events due to the direct expenses incurred based upon your registration. We will not issue refunds for no-shows after the Conference. Any eligible refunds will be processed 6-8 weeks after the Conference
