Following a successful series of User Groups in March and April this year we are pleased to announce dates for the second round of meetings.

These meetings are designed to provide a forum for you, the users of Blackbaud Solutions, to share best practise and hints and tips with one another.  The content of these meetings will therefore be determined by those signing up to attend where we will ask for feedback on topics you would like to see covered.

These meetings are also an opportunity to share what is new at Blackbaud, and in this round of meetings we will be joined by members of the Product Management team for the International Business Unit in Blackbaud.  They will share at the meeting changes to how they develop products and news from the Products team at Blackbaud.

All sessions will have a sample agenda as below:

Sessions Available:
CRM and Offline Solutions.   For Raiser’s Edge Users : 10:30am -1pm
This session will focus on current thinking and ideas around CRM solutions, and optimising your offline uses of the solution.
The session will be particularly relevant to those using Raiser’s Edge as their CRM Solution.
Also included in this session will be breakout sessions focusing on Raiser’s Edge topics raised during registration.

Internet and Online Solutions :  2pm – 4:30pm
This session will focus on the latest thinking around internet and online uses within the Not for Profit sector.
Whilst this session will include hints and tips specifically for Blackbaud NetCommunity users, the ideas discussed can be applied to online strategies that do not utilise this solution and the session is therefore open to all who are interested in this sector.

Arts & Cultural Marketing & Development : 10:30am – 1pm
This session is designed for those working in the Arts and Cultural space who would like to share thoughts around the latest in marketing and development areas.  This session is designed for Patron Edge and Patron Edge Online users, however if you are using The Raiser’s Edge and would also like to attend please do so as breakout sessions specific to The Raiser’s Edge can be incorporated.

Arts & Cultural Ticketing : 2pm – 4:30pm
This session is designed specifically for those who are using Patron Edge and Patron Edge Online to manage Box Office functions. 

Where there are 2 sessions scheduled in a day buffet lunch will be available between sessions for those who are staying for both sessions.
