To be included in the list of registered attendees, Blackbaud must receive your registration by midnight on 14 September 2007

| What's included with your registration |

Full registration includes all sessions, materials and meals, as well as the Monday evening reception.

Additional attendees will receive the additional attendee rate for the date their registration is received, regardless of the date the first attendee registered.

All registration fees are exclusive of VAT.
- Following registration your company will be invoiced the full amount due.

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to conference@blackbaud.co.uk. Cancellations received on or before 14 September 2007 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between 15 September and 1 October 2007 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 2 October 2007 will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions to this policy can be made nor will we reallocate fees to other Blackbaud products, services or events due to the direct expenses incurred based upon your registration. We will not issue refunds for no-shows after the Conference. Any eligible refunds will be processed 6-8 weeks after the Conference.
