The Blackbaud 2010 State of the Not-For-Profit Industry Survey Goes Global!
In what is been one of the most extraordinary 18 months in world markets, there is no better time than now to measure your organisation’s performance — by your own standards, in relation to your peers, and, for the first time, across multiple continents.
The 2010 SONI survey, produced in association with the Resource Alliance, will be released across four continents and more than 10 countries, giving unique insight into the effect that global recession and recovery has had on not-for-profit organisations. Furthermore, we expect the survey will uncover some interesting differences in operations, fundraising, technology and accountability.

The survey focuses on a series of issues critical to today’s not-for-profits and is structured to capture data in four main areas:
- General operations (including staffing, budgets, and organisational challenges)
- Fundraising
- Technology and Internet Usage
- Accountability and Stewardship
The survey closes Wednesday 30th June and results will be announced and published at IFC in October.
