Blackbaud SONI (State of the Not-for-Profit Industry) survey
In association with Resource Alliance, Blackbaud’s European and United Kingdom SONI Surveys were conducted to provide an overview of information that can help not-for-profits better benchmark their operations.

These reports compare the results of not-for-profits and focus on a series of timely issues critical to today’s not-for-profits. They were structured to capture data in four main areas:

1. General Operations (including staffing, budgets, and organisational challenges)
2. Fundraising
3. Technology and Internet Usage
4. Accountability and Stewardship

The survey was distributed and administered online for approximately 4-6 weeks in each country and distributed throughout the not-for-profit community via industry newsletters and targeted emails from associations, as well as via email to Blackbaud customers.
